ATLANTA |Today, Lt. Governor Burt Jones announced that staff from the Department of Community Health (DCH) will be in attendance on Tuesday, August 27, at mobile office hours hosted by his office for constituents in DeKalb and Fulton Counties. DCH representatives will be in attendance to answer constituent questions and share information about the Georgia Pathways Program.

“Expanding health care access to all Georgians, regardless of their zip code, continues to be a priority of mine” said Lt. Governor Burt Jones. “We are thankful that DCH will be joining our mobile office hours in Atlanta to help answer constituent questions and bring awareness to Georgia Pathways. This critical program is an innovative approach to increasing access to affordable healthcare coverage, while lowering Georgia’s uninsured population. I commend Governor Brian Kemp for his work on this critical program and encourage anyone interested in learning more to join our event on August 27th.”

The Georgia Pathways Program is administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health. This program offers Medicaid coverage to eligible Georgians ages 19-64 and promotes their transition from Pathways into private coverage.
