Lt. Governor Burt Jones Issues Statement on the Passage of SB 386

ATLANTA | Today, Lt. Governor Burt Jones issued a statement on the passage of Senate Bill 386, which could legalize sports betting in Georgia. Senate Bill 386 will now be considered by the House.

“I was proud of the bi-partisan effort in the Senate today,” said Lt. Governor Burt Jones. “We are one step closer to providing tens of millions of dollars to education funding for the next generations of Georgia. I look forward to continued discussions to get this done.”
