Lt. Governor Cagle Announces Study Committee Appointments

ATLANTA, June 29, 2017 – Lt. Governor Casey Cagle announced his appointments to the Senate Information Technology Corridors in Georgia Study Committee. Created with the passage of Senate Resolution 410, this committee will evaluate potential legislative reforms to further enhance Georgia’s technology corridors. Findings will be submitted to Lt. Governor Cagle, who will offer recommendations to the General Assembly ahead of the 2018 Legislative Session.

“We must continue to invest and innovate to keep our competitive edge and remain the number one state in which to do business,” said Lt. Governor Cagle. “I’m confident Sen. Martin and the committee members will thoroughly examine our existing assets and look for new opportunities to maximize our potential.”
