GAINESVILLE - ProCare Rx, a national pharmacy benefit management company, held a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting at the ProCare Park corporate campus in Gainesville-Hall County Friday.
The 23-acre site off Exit 20, currently houses ProCare Rx's corporate headquarters, but plans are in place to develop a midrise office building as well as an additional office/warehouse space and retail facilities.
"By locating our headquarters to Gainesville-Hall County, we have positioned ProCare Rx to retain and recruit the best talent in our industry with the quality of life supported by the lake, the mountains, the schools and the overwhelming sense of kindness we've found in being welcomed by community leaders," said Roger Burgess, founder, chairman and CEO of ProCare Rx.
Lt. Governor Casey Cagle was the key speaker at the event with special honoree Jon R. Cavaiani, a Vietnam veteran and recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor. The ceremony featured a dedication of the Veterans Memorial located on the corporate campus.
"ProCare Rx is a leading performer in the management of pharmacy benefit programs, and I am excited that the company and tis founders have made this renewed long-term commitment to doing business in Georgia and their efforts to grow their future in Georgia," said Cagle.
ProCare Rx relocated earlier this year to Gainesville-Hall County with 120 employees in the corporate headquarters, operations support and state-of-the-art data center after kicking off the current development this time last year.
