Lt. Governor Cagle Announces Chaplain of the Day for the Opening of Session

Lt. Governor Casey Cagle announced today that Dr. Nelson Price, Interim Pastor of First Baptist Church of Mableton, will serve as the Chaplain of the Day for the first day of session in the State Senate, January 14th 2008.
“It will be an honor to welcome Dr. Price to the Senate next week. Many of us have heard him speak on the radio and I am certain he will encourage and strengthen our effort to lead our state in the right direction. The tradition of the Senate to start each day with a devotional and prayer sets our mind and heart toward things that matter as we make important policy decisions that affect the lives of Georgians,” Lt. Governor Casey Cagle said.
