“As we face a disappointing ruling from Judge Magnuson, we must be aggressive in our response on all fronts and work together as a team. While we have made an impact with our conservation measures, state-wide water plan, regional water councils and efforts for reservoirs, there is more to be done. I appreciated the time spent in discussion this morning and value the input from our business leaders,” Cagle said.
Cagle highlighted four areas where we must focus: litigation, legislation, negotiation and conservation. He emphasized the importance of bringing a top notch litigation team to the table as well as the need to affect the issue legislatively on the state-level.
